Pours a dark pale yellow with some haze to it. A finger of white head sits on top with good retention and great lacing. Aroma hits with malts first - biscuit, and bread. Hop notes nail straight-up citrus in the aroma. Flavor profile provides and immediately dose of citrus and orange to the taste buds, with biscuit and bread malts appearing as the beer warms on the tongue. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a light graininess to it. Overall, biscuit, earthy malts balance well with traditional Northeast citrus hops to make a well balanced, delightful brew that doesn't blast the tongue with just citrus.
