On tap at Narrow Gauge. Served in a willi becher glass. Pour is milky and creamy straw yellow body with a one finger thick white head, good retention, lots of lacing. Smell is spicy tropical fruit, pineapple and grapefruit. Mild caramel and bready sweetness in the background. The tropical fruit is really nice on the palate, where it contributes a nice spiciness on the backend, with pineapple, grapefruit and even a bit of floral resin. Mild caramel and grainy sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, a bit heavy on the spice and even the alcohol on the backend compared to the others.
