Appearance: Pours a cloudy honey color with a one finger head; strands of lace
Smell: Very juicy, with pineapple, peach, berries, mint and citrus pith; there is also a vinous aspect that interweaves
Taste: The Nelson Sauvin is more prominent on the taste buds than in the aroma, with the vinous white wine grape aspect setting the tone at the outset; the fruitier Mosaic tones that dominated the aromatics underpin and add complexity; the bitterness builds, through the middle, bringing a citrus pith character that adds a third element; the finish is somewhat dry and bitter with the minty tones lingering into the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: An impressive beer for the second anniversary; not sure that I can remember the Nelson Mosaic pairing before but Narrow Gauge has pulled this off with aplomb
Thanks, Gregwilsonstl, for the opportunity

Pale straw yellow in color with very little light seeping through due to how cloudy it is. There's an inch and a half of creamy and densely packed off white head. Heavy lacing. The aroma is of earthy to lime hops. I'm tasting plenty of earthy to green vegetal hops. The mouth is fairly smooth likely due to the addition of oats.

Released 6/16/18; drank 6/21/18 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque yellow/orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a HUGE, bubbly white head; decent lace.
Papaya, orange rind, cream & faint booze heat notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Papaya & cream flavors up front; orange rind notes on the finish.
Fruity but balanced; typical NE IPA excellence from Narrow Gauge.
