poured from a 16oz can into a 13.5oz snifter. pours a thick and shiny jet black. the light bounces off of this beer as opposed to penetrating it. smells of wonderful freshly roasted coffee. taste follows suit. feel is thick and lower on the carbonation spectrum. overall, kudos to NG! this is a bit one dimensional in the fact that it’s all coffee. but it’s smooth, dark and thick. a coffee stout that is right up there with Sump and that’s saying something in my book.
