L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a purplish / red color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, off white head that quickly dissipated. Not a whole lot of lacing here.
S: A very nice aroma of raspberries, yeast, vanilla, citrus fruit, and lactose.
T: Tasted of a little lactose (less than expected), a bit of yeast (mostly in the finish), a lot of raspberries (the dominant ingredient, of course), and a hint of citrus fruit (orange, it would seem). For the most part, this is a lively and solid flavor. It's subtler than some other sour flavors, but still pretty tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a vibrant finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A solidly made, easy to drink beer. Worth a look.
