16 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Canned 6/10/19, had 7/21/19.
Pours a hazy, pale orange, with a one inch foamy head with decent retention and a good amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of grapefruit, melon, light orange and lemon, light malt, a hint of lime. Has an herbal aroma. The flavor is mostly the same- grapefruit, melon, some orange and lemon, some malt. Has a non- sweet candy like flavor that I obviously can’t describe. Has an herbal taste, and a light hop bitterness mostly on the finish. Smooth, a very good light body, well carbonated.
Great aroma, mellow yet forceful flavors. The Cashmere hops really shine. Enjoyable.
