1 pint can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours an orangish shade of yellow and is turbid. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
It has a nice sour aroma, yet it is also dank. I get mangoes as well as citrus from the dry hopping. The chamomile and lemon peel add some depth. The vanilla sweetens it up some on the back end.
Nice sour flavor up front. I get that dankness that I smelled from the hops in the taste as well. It has a good mango flavor through the middle. The hops add a citrus twist. The lemon peel compliments the citrusy hops very well. The vanilla cuts the sourness of this beer. It ends with a bit of lingering citrus. Very nice.
Full bodied with a thick, creamy mouthfeel
This is a damn fine beer. One of the better sour IPAs I have had in a long while. For me the key is to have the sour elements complimented by the citrus and fruitiness of the hops. I think they nailed it.

Looks like a high quality IPA, yellow with white foam and lacing. Smells nice but muddled, a bit of citrus initially that is quickly dominated by vanilla and sugar. Personally I found the tasted equally confused, how the lactose sugar and vanilla combined in a soured IPA.
