poured from a 16oz can into a willi becher pint glass. pours a milky, turbid orange with white head that leaves ample lacing. smell is muted tropical fruit with a little bit of resinous pine and that signature galaxy dank. not real pungent though. taste follows with a lovely combination of fruitiness, pine & dank hops. mouthfeel is on the fuller side. lower level of carbonation with a smoothness to it that makes it very drinkable for an 8% DIPA. overall, very good collaboration beer from these 2 breweries. don’t know much about horus besides a few grasps here and there but this is solid work. a little more pop on the nose and this would be out of this world.
