This is good. Lactose Gose sounded like a strange idea to me but it works. I drank the 6oz sample I had in about 3 minutes and wanted more. It’s that drinkable. Lemon and salt from the gose, but with a slightly sweet vanilla sugar from the lactose. Refreshing, easy drinking, just slightly tart, a hint of coriander. Overall very good.

Pours a pale yellow with a mild fog to the translucency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is tart, melting lemon, grass, stone, salt, coriander, and mild citrus together. Flavor profile opens with coriander and salt, with lemon and stone behind. Very mild as a whole, and less tart in taste than the aroma implies. Mild citrus hops add some zest. Mouth feel is medium-thin in thickness with a semi-crisp texture that is only broken up by an initial watery/thin edge. Overall, tart with some good coriander notes.

16oz can. Poured out a crystal clear, golden orange color with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. It left little to no lacing. It smelled of tart lemon, wheat and salt. Strong lemon tartness with a saltiness and wheat sweetness.

poured from a 16oz can into a stemmed bulb glass. pours a hazy yellow with a little amount of white head. smells of lemon and grass/hay. taste is similar leaning more on the lemon. it’s not very tart at all and really quite refreshing. feel is suitable for the style. quite bubbly and finished slightly dry. overall, a very good and light beer. enjoyed it very much.
