Pours a raspberry-plum with an opaque, murky tint. Head is a finger of light pink foam with modest retention. Aroma is lemon, raspberry, lactose, . Flavor profile is lemon zest, fresh raspberry, lactose, coriander and salt. Salt is heavy, but counters the sour well. Mouth feel is medium in consistency with a slightly heavy, almond milk texture. Overall, light sourness up front with the consistency of biting into a lemon, and then a hit of salt and coriander to cool it off. Great consistency and lovely dynamics.
