Yellow to gold in color with a very hazy complexion. There’s a fingernail of eggshell white around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. Light soapy lacing. The aroma is of green veggies and citrus. I’m tasting a burst of aggressive earthy green veggies with a sharply bitter finish. The mouth is surprisingly smooth and quaffable for the ABV.
