Imperial stout brewed with almonds and aged on vanilla beans and cacao nibs. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Short Throw Brewing in Connecticut.

Black in color with no penetration to light. No discernible head. The aroma is of vanilla and cacao. I’m tasting almonds, cacao, and vanilla. The mouth is thick, yet silky smooth..

Incredibly rich and decadent...
Sweet but not overly so...drinks huge...booze isn't necessarily evident but this drinks like a cordial...
Lots of chocolate and nuttiness from the almonds...
Falls on the slightly undercarbonated side of the spectrum but it works here with the body and weight of the beer...
One is enough due to the sheer richness but this is an amazing offering
