Cold IPA brewed and dry-hopped with Citra, Riwaka and Strata. Our first take on this newish style is a merging of multiple styles. We brewed a lager grain base with corn and hopped it similar to a west coast IPA. Then fermented at ale temperature with lager yeast to let the hops shine through. Finally, we dry-hopped it to make this crisp and refreshing IPA.
