Easy drinking and refreshing. Personally I don’t think adding inverted sugar improves the roasted malty goodness of the classic version, but this was enjoyable.

Dark brown in color with a fingernail of of brown around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. The aroma is of chocolate and vanilla. I’m tasting milk chocolate and lactose. The mouth is smooth and inviting.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, amber color with golden highlights and a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of light coffee notes, toffee, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel, toffee and subtle roasty notes.
