An imperial IPA fermented with a new yeast strain that converts thiol precursors into free-form thiols through biotransformation, boosting aroma and flavors. At the end of fermentation, we dry-hopped it with Citra, HBC 586 and Nelson Sauvin hops. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Moksa Brewing out of California.
