Imperial hazy IPA brewed with Phantasm* and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Galaxy hops. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pontoon Brewing in Sandy Springs, GA.
*What is Phantasm? It is a powder made from Marlborough, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, which is rich in thiols’ precursors that lead to flavors of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, citrus, guava and passionfruit through fermentation.
