My first at the Oak Park 7th Generation Beer Fest. (That matters because my tongue gets confused before I reach seven.)
Burn The Sun is nicely tart, sour if you prefer. Looks like it could use more foam. Smells average with mostly citrus fruit. Tastes balanced, not too tart. Feel is softened by the wheat. A good refresher and a good first choice by me.
My first from MM Brewing, I went on their website. They have a typical story: home brewers follow their passion professionally only 4 years ago and seem to be making a go of it and having fun and bringing culture to a not-so-great suburb. Power to them.

16oz draft pour into a bulbous pint glass shows a hazy yellow/gold colored body and almost floats a 1/4in off white head.
Aroma is slightly citrusy wheat funk.
Flavor is tart citrus: lemon, lime, kiwi with a high pucker-icity.
Mouthfeel is light and tart.
Overall perfect for the heat.

Taste: Tart, crisp, semi sour, biscuit wheat in the background, fresh fruit notes linger at finish. Slight smoked wheat mixes with mild taste fruit nose. Pale honey color, semi hazy, with white head and delicate lace in taster glass. Medium body. Fitting for summer. 29 IBUs
