My wife loves this beer. The abv is really high for a Saison and though you can feel and taste the alcohol, it is dangerously drinkable. It does deliver typical Saison yeast profile of peppery and dry, but I am personally not 100% convinced. However, it is a bold and creative effort of this small Dutch brewery. I wish them good luck for the future.

33cl bottle. Pours a hazy orange brew, with a tall beige head that disappears in an instant. Smells of Belgian yeast and spices. Tastes bitter-sweet, like a Belgian pale ale or tripel and not a saison, with notes of yeast, overripe fruit, spices.
