Clear, light Chardonnay color. I think there was a head for a second, but it was so quick I missed it. No crown or lacing.
Clean aroma with a little lime and maybe a hint of gin.
Pleasant, light, grainy saison taste with clear lime and ginger. Just a hint of gin again. Even lesser ghost of orange in the aftertaste.
Light and sticky with soft, lively carbonation.
The lime, ginger and gin barrel are evident without being heavy handed. Very refreshing on a hot summer night.
