Our first barleywine is our gift to you. A beer over a year in the making that simultaneously brings intense complexity and enticing decadence. 17 months in bourbon barrels gives Sincerely Yours delicate notes of whiskey, rum, and sherry, all accentuated by the dark fruit, spice, and toffee notes that American barleywine is known for.

This one pours a golden dark brown color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like caramel, sweet breadiness, vanilla, toffee, honey, and oak.
This is a really impressive first barleywine from these guys. I've always mostly appreciated their beers, but a good barrel-aged barleywine feels like a level up, and they've nailed it. There's lots of barrel character - nice oaky, sweet bourbon, and maybe some vanilla, with a creamy caramel and honey soaked bready malt backbone.
This is medium bodied, super smooth, and with very little booziness, which is impressive for the style.
