Pours a translucent gold with a finger of creamy foam that slowly settles and remains on the surface of the beer
Nose is stone fruit....I get white peach, and almost some plum. Has some faint herbal notes
Taste has some of the fruit from the nose, but is earthy, with some tea in the finish. Very unique.
Smooth and silky, but not oily...a nice profile for an 8% DIPA...nice astringent hop finish. Not too heavy, I could easily have a few.
