This seems to be the latest in the Short Lived series. Pours a clear amber with plenty of foam in the Rodenbach Grand Cru goblet. Aromatic with honeydew and tangerine. Light bodied with mouth-filling carbonation. Flavors of pineapple and light citrus. Then that melon taste with a distinct sweetness is a winner. Another excellent IPA after some slodgy hop bombs the last few weeks. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 02/29/24.

Very pale yellow, very tall, but short-lived, loose white head that leaves a thin film. A fair amount of lacing. Not much smell. Taste is not very hoppy for a WCIPA, but enjoyable even in the absence of food. Some lemon overtones. Maybe some grass/lemon grass. Some of that Nelson hops characteristic is obvious. Clean finish. Medium body. Medium to almost on the heavy side of carbonation. Overall, a pretty light version of a WCIPA that is not bad but not a standout.
