Slight haze on the golden amber brew with a wisp of fine-grained foam in the pint shaker. Body is exactl like water but in a refreshing way. Pleasant grainy aromatics as you sip, but not much to sniff.
some malty flavor, a modest bitter edge. I don't think Hefeweizen would immediately come to mind on the first few gulps. There's some wheaty flavor but just the barest hint of clove. Subtle but likeable. Overall it's a decent quaff with a pleasant sweet cereal taste with every sip. On tap at Anelia's in La Conner.
