Hazy golden brew with a fine-grained white foam in the Troubadour tulip. Sharp and spritzy mouthfeel. Vegetable broth aroma. This seems rather sour at first sip. Supposed to be brewed with coconut, which I don't taste at all.
So many other weird flavors. It's salty, herbal, lemony, and there's a touch of celery salt. There is some of the funky meaty flavor, and the finish is earthy. Lots of flavor for the modest alcohol content, and that seems to be enhanced by the citrusy acidity. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Special Brews in Lynnwood.
