I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: light gold with a medium-light haze and a thin layer of ivory foam that leaves a nice lace on the glass. Dig it.
Smell: grainy, lightly yeasty aroma. Not too bad.
Taste: grainy malt with a dash of citrus and a definite orange peel bitterness. Bracing, but refreshing.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a good carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: bitter and refreshing. The bergamot doesn't jump out, but adds an interesting dimension to the bitterness.
