This one is brewed with parsnips, hence the name, I discover. Very light and spritzy. Light body with a prickly carbonation. Mouthfeel is sharp and borderline acidic. Slight fruity aroma with an acidic whiff.
Not much flavor but there is some vegetable flavor. A very drinkable but nondescript sourish brew. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Bottleworks in Seattle.
