Tart and watery mouthfeel. Faint fruity aroma with a whiff of vinegar. Pale yellow with a shy wisp of foam, and near flat in the mouth, like so many of these Wild Ales. Flavor is very simple, just lemony water with a hint of grain. There is maybe a hint of something vaguely fruity, but it's lost in the acidic tang.
OK, it's a sour, so love it to death. This one seems more drinkable and less interesting than the usual piebald pack. Lots of sediment in the bottom. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
