Amber brew with fine-grained white foam in the Timmermans goblet. Inviting nose or rose, green beans, and passionfruit. Crisp and lively on the tongue. Light body.
Hops are listed as Simcoe, Polaris, and Mosaic. Some light malt with a little grain but not at all sweet. Some papaya, unripe peach, and hints of green olive. Totally delicious and restrained. Winey and fruity with a dry finish. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
