Poured from 500mL bottle into a tulip.
Appearance: light straw hue with a little touch of haze, very strong effervescence and a thick finger of frothy white foam. I rather like it.
Smell: mildly tart with a bit of sweetness and a bit of graininess. This beer is brewed with limes, but what I smell is lemons; really, not too bad!
Taste: mild-to-moderate tartness with a surprisingly full malt character underneath; there's just a hint of saltiness but nothing overboard. This is an interestingly tasty riff on a Gose.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: the ingredients might be a little gimmicky, but overall I think that the idea of a "margarita Gose" works rather well. Definitely worth trying.
