This is another version of what Mollusk calls a "farmhouse porter," this time brewed with plums. Appearance is kind of murky, dark red brown bubbling like a science experiment. Aroma is fruity and funky with fermenting pineapple. Mouthfeel is spritzy and moderately acidic.
I don't taste the Brettanomyces as much as you might expect. Quite interestingly fruity, just a little sweetness to bring out the plums. It's kind of jammy with a dry mineral finish, but a long aromatic after-smell. There's a murky yeasty taste with an edge of tartness, but definitely not what I'd consider sour. From the 500 ml bottle filled March 2017, according to the label.
