The nose is all ginger, and ginger is about the only flavor in this stuff. With the tart sensation, it is a lot like the apple cider flavored alleged "probiotic" drink. Otherwise it seems like a typical sourish brew of no distinction, except too much ginger. Thin and sharp, vinegary finish with the usual unpleasantness on the teeth. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station.
