Tap pour at the taproot. Served in a pint glass, and chilled.
Black colored body. Persistent light tan head. Leaves behind some spots of lacing.
Aroma of roasted malts and fragrant oats.
Taste of roasted malt and hearty oats, with a tiny bit of char. Caramel and dark chocolate. Mellow roasted oats in the aftertaste.
Smooth and slightly thick mouth feel. Supportive carbonation.
Satisfying for style, and good flavor overall.
