Poured to a Ora et Labora glass.
A: Body is yellow with no haziness and a two finger thick white head. Medium retention and no lacing.
S: The aroma is very strong of ginger tea. Specifically "tea" because the aroma is very present but it's soft instead of being overwhelming.
T: Taste begins with a very fresh and fruity touch of mint and ginger. The flavour then turns to a big empty end that shows just a little bitterness but very very slight, almost dying.
M: Body is low. Carbonation is a bit harsh. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is almost non-existent. Sweetness is medium to low.
O: Not my favourite but it can easily be the best ginger beer I've had.
