12oz can. Bottom stamp is 'CANNED 08/25/25'.
Clear, pale straw colored body. Rapid pour brings out a thin white head, which becomes a partial cap and thin ring. Very few lacing spots are left behind.
Aroma of fruit - passion fruit, and close to citrus.
Taste is tangy but also sweet. Following the burst of fruit flavor, the underlying non-barley, gluten-free malt provides an additional flavor remindful of sorghum. Fruit flavors of passion fruit and citrus.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean finish. Okay carbonation.
Taste profile is different than a barley malt brew, and relies a lot on the fruit additions for drinkable flavors.
