"Hazy IPA with Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7, & Cascade hops.
Beautiful golden swirl. Fluffy white head pushes nearly 3 fingers and slowly settles to a nice (skinny) finger high cap. Great retention, clumpy lacing.
Aromas of orange zest, grapefruit, grass, pine, berry, and a smooth piney end.
Flavors follow faithfully. Grass, citrus, subtle nods of berry, and slightly herbal grass.
Mouthfeel is active but smooth. Finishes with a nice blended bitterness: pine resin and grass.
Love this one.
