Picked up four cans of some various stuff at Windmill Farms after stopping to pick up a few things for dinner. Untappd description was “Collaboration with our friends at Ogopogo Brewing (San Gabriel, CA). This Hazy Double IPA is packed full of Nelson, Citra and NZ Cascade Hops.”
Poured a light golden hazy color with four fingers of frothy white head. Could see lots of bubble streams coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent semi-layered lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled Nelson, tangerine, Tang, gooseberry, papaya, pineapple, grapefruit, Citra, lemon and citrus zest. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Nelson, tangerine, Tang, gooseberry, papaya, pineapple, Citra, grapefruit, lemon, citrus zest and peach. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 4.50)
This was excellent. Might have underrated it too. (Overall - 4.25)
