URGE American Gastropub's 10th Anniversary "Gueuze-Inspired" Sour Ale brewed by Mason Ale Works and Stone Brewing. Over these past 10 years, we have made a good amount of friends along the way, including ex-MLB pitcher Steve Trachsel and Steve Wagner, co-founder of Stone Brewing. We decided back in 2017 what better way to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and honor Trachsel's nickname from playing in the bigs, than to have fun with this Gueuze-Inspired sour ale. It is a complex blend of 3-year old, 2-year old and 1-year old ales that went through wild fermentation to create this beauty. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we did making it. It will never be made again....

Orange in a ligher tone for the body, white finger of foam that slowly settles into a cap. Aromas of pungent oak, lemon, sour yeast. This has to be the sweetest gueuze I’ve ever tasted! Lemon meringue with mild sourness rules at top of land of barrel funk, mild barnyard funk, pressed flowers, and wild yeast. Oak are you there? Feel is lightly sour and funky, but mostly smooth without much texture, plenty full
