S: Light to moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is rather citrusy with a light amount of underlying malt flavors.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.

L: pours hazy gold under a 1" off white to cream colored cap with fair to good retention
S: smells of pine, fresh mowed grass, mint, moist earth, melon, tropical fruit, and light biscuit
T: lightly sweetened by caramel and flavored with tropical fruit, melon, lemon, citrus, orange, and traces of pine and mint. A moderate balancing bitterness emerges on the finish with a touch of drying astringency
F: The body is medium plus and the carbonation is about average
O: his is a big, well balanced IPA with more than its share of umami that provides a very enjoyable and satisfying drink.

From a crowler into a spieglau ipa glass. Pours an attractive and hazy pale apricot with a good 1 finger asprin white head with decent retention and good lacing. The nose on this one is very nice: full and juicy citrus, along with some orange blossom flowery notes and some peach and light breadiness. Taste isn't quite up to the goodness of the nose to me, but still tracks the citrus juiciness. Feel is fairly soft and wet, with plenty of hoppiness but no bite or bitterness.
