Poured from 750ml crowler into glass. Filled date marked on can as '10/31 (2017)'.
Hazy, light golden/orange colored body. Persistent 1/2 finger, creamy head, fed by carbonated bubbles. Good sheeting of lacing.
Pineapple/orange aroma with garlic/onion aspect.
Orange, tangerine, apricot fruit taste, with the green and garlic addition. Grapefruit pith towards the end. Sweeter orange at the very end.
Creamy and pillowy mouth feel. Slightly dry finish.
Will there ever be another batch of this beer made? Certainly the ratings and reviews provide the impetus that more of this beer should be brewed. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to sample this beer.

L: a murky pour blanketed by 1.5" of off-white to cream colored foam with good retention
S: smells of fruit, tropical fruit, orange, tangerine. lemon drop and bread crumb
T: Fruit, citrus and big orange flavors lead the flavors with malt emerging in the middle followed by an assertive bitterness followed by more orange and then a milder lingering pithy orange finish
F: takes creaminess to new heights as the medium low carbonation and the pulpy body combine to create a luscious texture
O: outstanding flavor packed beer combines a rich malty orange flavor with a very nuanced hop bitterness packaged in an outrageously luscious texture

From a crowler, canned on 10/31, into a spieglau ipa glass. Pours a chalky thick hazy light orange, with a minimal 1/2 finger white head and decent lacing. Nose is summity, fairly potent but comes at you with just one dominant note, a little oniony/garlicky-edged fresh and green fruitiness. On the tongue, an easy-going cereal maltiness that provides a perfect vehicle for the juicy hops...quite juicy but it holds off the sweetness, which is a good move. As with the nose, in the taste, I get some mild but zippy scallion and garlic zestiness mixed with i candies grapefruit peel that lingers a little. Mouthful, on the whole, is a lightish and a little non-descript, but it is chalky and dry on the finish. It fits the kind of quirky taste, without adding or subtracting much.

Pours a hazy light yellow color with a white head . smell of juicy fruit, apple melon citrus and pineapple. Taste follows nose super juicy with a lingering pine sap hop. Soft mouth feel with fruity hops. This a NEIPA with a touch of WC pine sap in the finish .

lots of local chatter about this ipa, which is sort of done in the hazy east coast fashion, but not as thick or heavy or loaded with sediment as some of the most highly rated beers in that style. its hazy and straw colored though, light in appearance for how much aroma and flavor is on it, definitely some citra hops, but also certianly in conjunction with one or more other varietals, its got the soft lemon but also a cool vegetal leafy green bitterness and hints of grapefruit too, great aroma and flavor here, no drop off from one to the next, this is very fresh and pungent, and they havent loaded it up too much with malt, just a dry crackery and somewhat cerealy pale base. this is nice and juicy and distinct on the hops, dry and clean in the finish, a little oily texture here, great carbonation, and moderate bitterness. the kind of ipa that is fully in vogue right now, but better executed than a lot of the imitators out there. after having just a couple of their beers so far, i fully endorse these guys, they really seem to be ahead of the curve and know what theyre doing. this is great new school ipa.

Another quality offering from this rock solid upstart brewery in Perham.
This IPA is hopped with Citra and Summit. I typically dislike Summit hopped beers due to the onion, catty notes it generates. Citra can do the same depending on how it is used. This though has none of that which is a testament to brewing techniques used.
Aroma is fresh and fruity....tropical fruits, peaches, apricots, also some floral notes..a little bit of citrus fruits as well (tangerines)
Taste is fruity as well with the tropical fruits and peaches/apricots most noticeable.
Murky oak colored look with perfect head and head retention. Definitely an unfiltered look to this beer though.
Body is medium. Finish is clean...not super dry or bitter....just a nice drinking IPA with nice hop flavors coming through.
Rock solid IPA. Not as good as their Stupid Good IPA but a solid IPA of its own none the less.
