Poured from 750ml crowler into glass. Canned on date of '6/24/17'.
Clear red body, pinkish head settles to scattered islands, spots of lacing.
Slightly sweet berry aroma, wheat base, salty.
Sweeter berry flavor, with lemon/green apple tartness, salty on lips.
Lighter mouth feel, carbonation refreshes.
A gose with the sweetness built in with the berry aspect.

L: looks a lot like a glass of cranberry juice with a 1/2" pinkish white foam cap on top
S: has a rich, almost punch-like berry aroma with a trace of wheat and a hint of floral and spice that suggests corriander
T: It has a rich berry flavor with a level of lactic acid tartness between a Granny Smith apple and a lemon. The berry's tartness adds to the Gose's Lactic acid tartness while the sweetness and the wheat soften things slightly. The tannins from the berry add bitterness and dryness to balance the sweet
F: effervescent, light bodied
O: a tart, refreshing, dry, complex and layered beer
