Poured from 750ml crowler can into glass. Fill date is '8/18 (2017)'.
Dark cola colored body, very minimal red edge when presented to light. Pillowy, mocha head. Spots and rings of lacing.
Aroma is peanut and dark malt. Minimal bitterness detected.
Darker, less sweet peanut butter porter, when compared to other similar beers. Rich dark malt, nutty tastes. Some toffee softness toward the end. Minimal bitterness, but definitely roasted malt backbone.
Medium to full mouth feel. Adds to the experience.
At the top of the nutty influenced porter beers I have had.
