Poured from 750ml crowler can. Fill date is '9/8 (2017)'.
Pale gold, cloudy body. Off white head settles to cap. Spots and strings of lacing.
Aroma of banana, wheat malt, bubblegum, and whiffs of spice.
Taste of banana and wheat malt (tangy), bubblegum sweet, and clove spice.
Medium mouth feel, and appropriate for style.
Well structured for smell and taste. Smooth drinking.

L: bright gold with a light haze blanketed by a 1" foam cap with good retention
S: big banana aromas and bubble gum, a faint hint of clove supported by wheat
T: Rich malt and yeast flavors, a hint of caramel and bubble gum, banana and a light touch of clove roll over the tongue
F: very rich creamy texture with a medium plus body and medium high carbonation
O: very satisfying hefeweizen has well developed flavors and an inviting texture

L-Deep rich regal gold color...
S-Wheat...banana...bubblegum...
T-Sweeter take on the style with a good banana/bubblegum flavor. Tasty. Not a lot of clove phenols in this one.
F-Light side of medium bodied...Crowler is about a month old and the carbonation is lacking in this one but was not at the brewery so I am not docking any points for that.
O-Very flavorful sweeter banana/bubblegum forward hefe. I find it quite enjoyable.
