This wildflower honey colored ale has medium maltiness with a slight caramel character. It has a certain malt complexity that I'm told is from 5 different malts from Wyoming barley. Bittering and aroma hops contribute subtle berry and floral notes. Carefully carbonated. Otter Ale pairs nicely with wings and burgers--or pizza. Overall, great beer!
