Pours a mostly clear pale yellow color with a small thin white head. Smell is cereal and rice with flaked bready malts lemon and coriander . Taste is grainy and mildly bitter with rice lemon and tea notes ,hoppy grassy and dry. Mouth feel is slighty bitter grained some tea and lemon and has a dry finish. very nice with some hot wings.

I really like this beer, it's lightly hoppy and the jasmine rice adds a nice smoothness to the beer and it pairs well with a variety of Asian dishes
