Introducing our newest Imperial Stout, Pour ol’ Sap Banana, and this beer is BIG. We brewed this beer using the reiterated mash technique, and then sparged with over 200 gallons of maple sap! We then aged it in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels that had previously been aging maple syrup in. After almost exactly one year, we then conditioned it on Bananas, Cinnamon, vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and real maple syrup from local Camp Aquila!
