473 ml can served cold into a tulip. LCBO purchase for $3.25 CDN.
Appearance - Hazy pale, nearly neon yellow color. Big two fingers of frothy white head with good staying power. Minimal lacing.
Smell - Floral and perfumey with hints of stone fruit, pineapple and papaya. Nose is subdued.
Taste - Initially bitter, then plenty sweet and juice with pineapple and papaya coming through. Bordering on too sweet. Upon review, maybe it's candied papaya and pineapple.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied, sticky, carbonation is middling and finish is quite dry.
Overall for those loving a sweeter IPA, with plenty of papaya this is for you. For me it's a little unbalanced but there is a unique quality to it. Worth a try for sure.

I put this IPA on my buy again list, as the taste and quality impressed me greatly. It delivers a lot of flavor without being over-hopped and piney. R & B brewery has created a winner in my book. The 6.9% abv does not overtake the flavor.
All the elements blend nicely. This is a well- put-together brew. The taste is smooth, without any bitter lingering after taste.
As a brewpub, it rivals anything by the big names in micro brewing like, Great Lakes. I now have a second choice, as Great Lakes is often sold out.

Pours a yellowish colour with a thick healthy head on top. Lots of foam remaining on my glass. Tropical fruit on the nose. Complex tasting notes: I get the typical tropical fruit, but I also detect some vegetable (specifically peas and corn) and some candy. Not unpleasant but unexpected. Mouthfeel is medium bodied. The higher alcohol content is not easily detected

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Jan 4 2021 and served barely chilled.
Pours so turbid and hazy that it's practically opaque; situated atop is nearly one finger of sudsy, foamy white head that wilts within ninety seconds or so. A tight collar of froth remains in place, but there are few other remnants of note; no lace, and only a few wisps of film floating on the surface - looks fine for the style, but it's not especially aromatic. Muddled tropical fruit and earthy, dirty hops on the nose, with hints of papaya, pineapple and mango, and just a hint of wheaty malts.
A decent if unspectacular hazy IPA - hints of apricot, pineapple and mango at the forefront, with mild suggestions of bready, wheaty pale malt sweetness, grapefruit and papaya shortly thereafter. Tropical fruit remains prominent through the finish, where it is joined by an earthy, resiny hop bitterness that is not ideally suited to this sort of IPA - though it did become a bit less noticeable over the course of the glass as my palate adjusted to this aspect. The near-7% abv is barely discernible, only coming through in time for a resiny, fruity aftertaste. Medium-full in body, with low carbonation that weakly agitates the surface of the tongue, resulting in a very smooth, soft, slightly slick mouthfeel that aids its drinkability somewhat... but one can was still plenty for me.
Final Grade: 3.72, a serviceable B grade. Symphony is the first beer from Rhythm & Brews I've had the opportunity to try, leaving me with a generally favourable first impression. It tastes alright, but I am not a big fan of the back end, particularly the aftertaste - there's this out of place dirty, resiny bitterness that might've been fine in a regular American IPA, but mostly just clashes with the tropical fruitiness of this NEIPA. It's worth a shot at the very least - there's certainly a chance you'll like it more than I did - but in the end, there's no shortage of hazy IPAs around here, and I don't see myself returning to this one all that often.
