Farmhouse Saison had a fizzy, off white head, a golden appearance, with lots of cloudy sediment and racing bubbles. There was heavy lacing. The aroma was of spiced, white bread and horse blanket. The taste was similar, with low bitterness. Farmhouse Saison was medium bodied and had a dry, champagne-like finish. RJT
