A vibrant, full bodied IPA featuring Galaxy & Comet Hops. These hops, combined with the yeast and a grain bill including rye, come together to form intense aromas and flavors of piney resin over a background of tropical fruits.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on April 3, 2018. A vibrant, full bodied murky IPA. Brewed with Galaxy and Comet hops then combined with a house yeast and a high-protein grain bill. Intense aromas and flavors of piney resin over a background of tropical fruit.

Poured from a 16 oz can (canned 03/09/2017) into an Aslin Brewing house stemmed glass.
Appear: big head more than I expected dense pillowy foam. very hazy darker orange golden haze. really good looking.
Nose: big tropical and citrus juices as the can was cracked and on initial pour. ripe citrus and mango for sure. not much else. not really getting any malts yeast or green notes. really flattened out.
Taste: yikes! hoping this is an off can. There is a bad off flavor. I wish I had a better palate to describe this. There's not fruits there's no hops. there's like something soapy maybe. It's definitely flat yet it's still well carbonated. maybe soapy isn't it. it's almost like burnt stale bread maybe. idk this is one of the harder things I've tried to describe.
Mouth: its ok other than it's flat yet still carbonated. medium light feel
Over: pass Chalking it up to a bad can. I would definitely caution anyone trading for this to look for a can inside a month cause as you can see I'm having it at 5 weeks and I'm wondering if that's the problem.

Draft at the brewery. Color is almost peach-like, super hazy, much more so that most PP beers. Taste is all pineapple juice with a little yeast mixed in. Nice hop bite on the end reminds you it is still a beer. Its like a less balanced version of YOJO with a little more yeast presence, but still my favorite beer from PP to date....
