"Searchlight casting for faults in the clouds of delusion", thank you Robert Hunter and the GD for those magical words and music that have transported me many times to wonderful places. This is a fantastic beer, has all the hallmarks of a classic NE IPA. Agree with the other reviewer, letting it mellow for a few weeks improved the overall profile. "Shall we go...."

Had on tap. Beer #8000! Bright yellow cloudy body with a finer of white foam. Smell has more bitter hops than the taste, where taste is more dry and dank, but both feature juicy and powerful pineapple, mango, lemon and orange zest. Refreshing, light, dank, juicy, soft, and slightly dry on the finish. Perfect for a stronger beer at a summer party

Noticed a marked improvement after letting it sit two weeks. Not sure how this works, but the hop aroma and flavor has intensified. Two days after it canning it felt a little sharp and acidic, but now it bathes the tongue in mellow Nelson goodness.
