Collaboration with Highland Park Brewery
Murky IPA w/ Oranges and Motueka & Mosaic Hops.
Budding, growing, evolving. As brewers, we’re always striving to improve our techniques, conjure new flavors from our brews, and learn with like-minded folks who share our passion for great beer.
We put our collective heads together with our friends from Highland Park Brewery to create this brand-new Murky creation, and in the middle of the brew day we were struck by inspiration and added in some organic Valencia Oranges from Lodge Ranch Organics to accentuate the fruit-forward flavors of the hop duo of Motueka & Mosaic that we chose.
A full, lush mouthfeel gives way to a bright burst of citrus notes, hints of lemongrass and pineapple, with deep and viscous orange flavors bursting forth.
